What does it contain?
When we experience stress and trauma at any age, love can be one of the most effective tools to promote healing. Sweet Dreams My Little Friends both speaks and sings the truth about our innate personal value and our endless possibilities. Children of all ages, even teenagers, are sharing their inspiring stories of how this album is making a difference in their lives. Kira Johnson, age 6, tells of how she is finally able to fall asleep without sucking her thumb.
The mother of Christian, a super active 3-year-old boy, tells of how he “calms right down” whenever he hears the CD. He is then able to sit quietly and color and singing along. Pat, age 57, listens before falling asleep to remind her of her innate worth and unstoppable beauty.
